Return and Refund Policy are for the following situations:

Product doesn't fit:

• If an item doesn't fit, please email Bucknrowdyhatco@gmail.com and let us know. We will assist you in the return process. Applies mainly to shirts as the sizes vary. Hat's are one size fits all.

Damaged Items:

• If an item is damaged in transport, we will require certain proof of the damaged item and will pay to have it sent back to us. We will then ship you the identical product free of charge.

Lost Package:

• In the rare occasion a package is lost, we will attempt to contact the mail carrier and determine where the package is located. We guarantee we will do all we can to retrieve the lost package on your behalf, however; if we are unable to find the package, we will send the product after the investigation is completed.
